LATE FEES:

Customers are notified either via email or phone and their invoice sent when the items arrive. It is expected that after 48 hrs, items will be picked up and any outstanding balances paid.

After 7 days, late fees will be added to the invoice and we will not be held responsible for the items if they are lost or damaged.  Items can also be sold to cover costs incurred for freight and duty.

ENTRY COPIES:

A series of documents must be prepared for Bahamas Customs for each customer and each vendor items are purchased from. Copies of the final entry to be submitted to customs can be provided for your records if requested at least 24 hours prior to the shipments arrival. 

As duty may be paid on multiple entries at a time an individual customs receipts will rarely be provided as they may contain information not pertinent to your individual shipment.

Customs duty & freight charges will apply for all boxes & packages and you must provide us with all relevant invoices. We will notify you when there is mail or packages for pickup.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONSOLIDATION:

Customers may request consolidation for shipments over 100 lbs. This must be done in advance of the first items arrival. You must provide invoices for all items being shipped to our warehouse prior to their arrival.

The maximum period we will hold is 30 days after the arrival of the first item, after which the items must be shipped.

PAYMENT

If the value of your items requires customs duties to be paid in excess of $500.00 a deposit may be required prior to customs clearance of the order.
